“I have been involved in Pilates for about 5 ½ years now. I have loved every minute of it. Pilates is a wonderful exercise that targets the whole body. It gives you a great workout, stretches your body and for me personally, relieves my stress. Even though it’s a low impact exercise, you will still know you have exercised. Laurre and Viviane are both wonderful instructors. They take into consideration your personal history and modifies exercise according to your personal need. I can’t imagine my life without Pilates. I’m excited to start this new adventure at the Pilates CNTR.”
